Questions
Does my credit expire?
No. Credit stays on your Lighthouse until you use it, whether that's next week or in three years. When it runs low, top up from your client portal.
Which network will I be on?
Your phone picks the strongest network automatically. Main networks give you the most data for your credit. Backup networks are there for when the main ones have no signal, but they cost more per GB. To stay on a main network, choose it by hand in your phone's network selection settings.
Can I split my credit between regions?
Yes. In your client portal you can set aside credit for each region you travel to and choose whether to use backup networks. We use it to show roughly how much data each share buys on the networks you've allowed. Your credit is one balance, so it still works anywhere if your plans change.
What happens when my credit runs out?
Data stops, and nothing else is charged. The eSIM stays on your phone, and it works again as soon as you top up.
Do I get a phone number?
No. Lighthouse is data only; keep your own number for calls and texts, or use WhatsApp, FaceTime and other apps.
Prices per GB follow our network partners' rates and can change; the rate when you use data applies. Balances update about 15 minutes after use. Credit can't be refunded or moved to another plan.
